FAQ's

FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions...!

Q: What is "Event Photography?"
A: In general, it is a photojournalistic style of photography that captures events as they happen. Event photographers make arrangements in advance with organizations, teams, or individuals to be at a specific function / event to capture those moments as they occur. After the event, the photos are offered to the event's observers and participants, usually online or by pre-arranged delivery.
Q: How do I know which events you will be photographing?
A: In most cases we make arrangements with the event's organizers to publicize our presence by a variety of methods. We also try to hand out notices at the event that gives details about where to find the photos at our web address, etc.
Q: What is the quality of your prints and other photo gifts?
A: We use a variety of print fulfillment centers. In most cases, they are nationally known and recognized labs that offer only the highest quality prints and photo gifts using the latest technology and quality archival materials. If you EVER get a print that is not the quality you expected, then LET US KNOW and we'll make sure it gets corrected!
Q: How long are the photos available online?
A: We try to leave the photos online for as long as possible. Due to the high demand for our services and the memory-intensive nature of storing high-quality images, we will normally be deleting galleries within 90 to 120 days after an event.
Q: What if I want copies of photos you have taken?
A: We are very serious about copyright issues and those who would violate our copyright policies.
Please see more info about our copyright policies here...
Q:What if I need a reprint of an image that is no longer available online?
A: We have all past images archived and can fulfill that need upon your request.
Q: I went to an event but don't see who I am looking for in any of your photos.
A: We try our best to cover all the games and all of an event, but logistics sometimes prevent that from happening. Also, it may be that your player was not in the game during the time our photographer was there.
Q: Can I have special pictures taken of my child or someone I know at an event?
A: If you see one of our photographers at an event, fee free to tap them on the shoulder, identify your player or participant to them, and ask that some extra attention be paid to that participant. We will always try to accommodate someone who expresses an interest in having us take photos.
Q: I see a photo I am interested in, but can I have some changes made to it?
A: We love to fulfill special requests whenever possible. Let us know what you would like and we can generally crop or enlarge any photo.
Q: What are action photo posters?
A: One of our specialties is creating "Action Photo Posters." We can take a photo of your player and add custom text and graphics that captures the team info, the season info, and your player's info.
Q: What is a collage?
A: A photo collage is where we take multiple photos and combine them artistically into an overall larger photo. If you want a collage made, simply tell us all of the multiple photos you want us to use. We can then make it into a 16 x 20, 20 x 30, or another suitable size.
Q: What are commemoratives?
A: We can take any photo of a special event and turn that photo into a keepsake "Commemorative" photo. We can add any special text and/or graphics to make the photo reflect the special event captured in that image.
Q: How quickly will I get my photo or other merchandise?
A: Most regular photos get processed in 24-48 hours, then shipped from the lab directly to your home or office. You can also ship to a 3rd-party for gift-giving.
